1966 Fiat 500 GIANNINI with NASCAR Tony Stewart Decals

Fiat 500 GianniniCreated in the 1930’s by the Giannini brothers Attilio and Domenico, GIANNINI was a tuning and racing firm that specialized on Fiat models. In the early 1960s the Italian company began offering tuning solutions for the iconic Fiat 500. This example that’s for sale on e-Bay here in the States is a 1966 model equipped with a modified 700cc 2-cylinder engine and according to the seller, it’s capable of going up to 100 mph or 160km/h. What make this Fiat 500 Giannini even more special -or less, depending on your point of view, is that it has been covered in NASCAR graphics mimicking Tony Stewart’s race car. -Image gallery after the jump

Ferrari 360 Limousine for Sale on eBay

Remember the Ferrari 360 Limousine that created havoc a few months ago after the Italian supercar maker threatened to sue the British company that made it if it didn’t remove the Ferrari badges and logos (click here)? Well, that car is up for sale on eBay now by “StylishLimousines”. We’re not aware of what happened with Ferrari’s legal threats, but the 20 foot 360 Limo pictured on eBay has all its logos and badges intact. In case you’re wondering, the “Buy it Now” price on eBay is a staggering $250,000.

On a side note, as we visited “StylishLimousines” site to gather high res pics of the car, we discovered that our article on Ferrari’s threats was posted as is on the company’s site. To our surprise though, “StylishLimousines” referred a site called “dvorak” as the source. Nothing new, meaning that it’s not the first time that Carscoop’s articles have been stolen, but we did send “StylishLimousines” an email to correct the injustice. Let’s see if they respond… -More pics after the jump

Original Knight Rider KITT “Super Pursuit Mode” for Sale on eBay

One of the original vehicles from the popular mid-80’s Knight RiderTV series has been put up for sale on eBay. According to the seller, the specific 1984 Pontiac Trans Am KITT was initially introduced in the third season of the series and then re-converted to simulate the "Super Pursuit Mode" variant of KITT that debuted in the 4th season. The vehicle was also used in the Knight Rider Television Movie (1984) and for exhibition and promotional purposes.

As many of you might remember, the "Super Pursuit Mode" variant of KITT was supposedly a stupendously fast version designed to reach speeds of 300mph or 482 km/h through the assistance of retractable airfoils and jet boosters. While we prefer the appearance of the standard KITT, nevertheless, the "Super Pursuit Mode" variant was one of our childhood heroes and as such, we wouldn’t mind seeing it in our garage. -More pics after the jump
